Youth Development Program:
Building Futures Before They Break

At DEVPRO Disaster Relief Inc., our Youth Development Program is designed to provide young adults with the direction, structure, and opportunities they need to thrive. By focusing on personal growth and skill-building, we aim to equip youth with the tools necessary for a successful future, preventing potential setbacks before they occur.

Our program offers a diverse range of services to empower young adults, including:

  • Trade Skill Certification Pathways: Participants gain recognized certifications in various trades, enhancing their employability.
  • Mentorship & Leadership Development: Young adults receive guidance from experienced mentors to foster leadership qualities and personal growth.
  • Faith-Based Character Formation: We emphasize character development rooted in faith, promoting values like integrity and resilience.
  • Paid Hands-On Experience: Participants engage in rewarding, practical work that builds skills while earning income.
  • Workforce Pipeline Access: We connect youth with job opportunities and resources, ensuring a smooth transition into the workforce.

Transforming Lives and Communities

Our Youth Development Program replaces streets with skills, confusion with clarity, and risk with purpose. This initiative serves as a form of preventative disaster relief, aiming to build strong futures for the next generation. Join us in making a difference.
