Early Experience in Humanitarian Work
Josh has spent much of his life involved in humanitarian and community outreach efforts, traveling internationally and working alongside teams that provided relief, rebuilding support, and community development. These experiences gave him firsthand exposure to the challenges communities face after natural disasters and humanitarian crises, shaping his commitment to practical, action-based solutions.

In his leadership role, David helps coordinate disaster relief operations, mobilize volunteers and skilled professionals, and oversee rebuilding projects that restore homes, infrastructure, and stability to communities in need.
With a background in military service, security operations, construction, and project management, David brings practical leadership and real-world experience to disaster response and community rebuilding. Early Commitment to Service & Outreach
David’s passion for service began through his involvement with helping Compassion Commission, a national outreach initiative that mobilizes youth and volunteers from across the country to serve communities in need. Through this work, he helped organize outreach projects, assist with rebuilding homes, and participate in service initiatives designed to strengthen neighborhoods and support families facing hardship.
He also spent much of his childhood serving alongside his father in community outreach efforts, helping deliver donated resources to families in need and participating in international humanitarian work, including traveling to Madagascar to help build a church that has since grown into a network of churches serving communities throughout the country.
